Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are only allowed if items have not yet processed. If an order is processed, refunds will no longer be issued.

Canceling An Order

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately or within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Once request is received, we will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.
