LVINNATURAL Shipping Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm CST. We are closed on weekends and all major holidays. 

Shipping Processing Time

Orders are processed 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Once processed, please allow 2-5 business days for shipping after the carrier has received your order. This excludes orders outside of the US, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and US The Virgin Islands. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

LVINNATURAL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. It is the customer's responsibility to inquire about your lost or stolen package. Please file a report with the carrier (USPS or UPS). 

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
